CREDIT ALLIANCETM COMMUNITY RULES
I. INTRODUCTION
WinFactor, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, (“WinFactor”) has established these Credit AllianceTM Community Rules (“Guidelines”) to foster a trusted, transparent, and professional environment for, and applicable to, all users of Credit AllianceTM (“Users”). These Guidelines take into consideration, amongst other things, applicable laws across the various jurisdictions in which WinFactor operates. All Users must comply with these Guidelines when accessing or using Credit Alliance.
WinFactor does not necessarily endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any content shared on Credit Alliance. All content reflects solely the views, experiences, and opinions of the User who posted it. By utilizing Credit Alliance, each User acknowledges and understands that Credit Alliance is a crowdsourcing platform, which contains information generated by other Users. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinFactor expressly disclaims any and all liability of any kind arising from or related to any content posted on Credit Alliance, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, defamatory statements, or violations of third-party rights contained in such content. Users access and rely upon Credit Alliance content at their own risk. By using Credit Alliance, Users acknowledge and agree that WinFactor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from their use of, or reliance upon, any information obtained through Credit Alliance.
WinFactor does not know the underlying facts of interactions described in User content and does not undertake any responsibility to determine the veracity of submitted content.
II. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
The following categories describe content and conduct prohibited on Credit Alliance. However, this list is illustrative and not exhaustive. WinFactor expressly reserves the right (though, it does not undertake the obligation), in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove or restrict any content that it deems inappropriate, inaccurate, unprofessional, harassing, offensive, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for Credit Alliance, regardless of whether such content falls within the specific prohibitions enumerated below. WinFactor may take action against content or conduct that undermines the integrity, functionality, or professional atmosphere of Credit Alliance, even if not explicitly described in these Guidelines. Users acknowledge that determinations about prohibited content are made at WinFactor’s exclusive discretion, and WinFactor is under no obligation to provide notice of, or explanations for, content removal decisions.
Abusive Content
Users shall not post content that is aggressive, offensive, or targets an individual or business in a malicious or deliberately disrespectful manner. Prohibited abusive content includes, but is not limited to:
- Targeted abuse that is malicious and intended to humiliate or degrade an individual, group or business;
- Unwanted sexual content or content that sexually objectifies an individual without their consent;
- Insults or profanity directed at others, particularly when used repeatedly to harass or intimidate; and
- Hateful content that directly attacks other people or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.
Harmful Content
Users shall not post content that indicates a potential danger to themselves or others. Prohibited content related to safety concerns includes, but is not limited to:
- Violent threats to inflict physical harm on oneself or others, including threatening to kill, torture, sexually assault, or otherwise hurt someone, their loved ones, or their property;
- Expressions of desire for harm to befall others, including hopes for death, illness, tragic incidents, or other physically harmful consequences;
- Incitement, promotion, or encouragement of violence or harm, including encouraging self-harm or inciting atrocity crimes; and
- Glorification, praise, or celebration of acts of violence, including expressions of gratitude that someone experienced physical harm, praise for violent groups, or glorification of animal abuse or cruelty.
Additional Prohibited Content
Users shall not post:
- Slurs or offensive stereotypes that attack specific groups of people or make unfounded assumptions about specific groups;
- Misinformation that is erroneous, fake, untrue, or factually inaccurate;
- Trolling content consisting of offensive statements designed to deliberately disrupt discussions;
- Content that reveals the identity of another User or person in an unwanted or unwarranted manner, or that instigates harassment by revealing someone’s personal or confidential information;
- Content that intentionally impersonates another person, whether living or deceased;
- Proprietary information revealing confidential, non-public internal company information, including but not limited to merger and acquisition information, source code, customer lists, manufacturing techniques, research and development activities, budgets, detailed financial results, and technical know-how;
- Irrelevant content or spam, including contextually irrelevant product or service recommendations, repetitive content, content lacking context, excessively personal content, advertisements, content that is clearly erroneous, off-topic, or obscene; or
- Defamatory or unsubstantiated statements that are false or misleading about specific individuals or entities, including, but not limited to, unverified allegations of criminal conduct, professional misconduct, or business practices presented as fact rather than opinion.
Photographic Content
Users shall not post:
- Copyrighted photographs that they do not own;
- Photographs containing non-public personal information;
- Photographs containing sexually explicit content;
- Photographs depicting workplace violations; or
- Photographs containing confidential information.
Automated Data Extraction
Users shall not:
- Extract, scrape, mine, or collect data from Credit Alliance through automated means including bots, crawlers, or similar tools;
- Share, distribute, or make available any data obtained from Credit Alliance to third parties without WinFactor’s prior written consent;
- Use data from Credit Alliance for purposes other than Users’ internal business operations; or
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls implemented by WinFactor.
III. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES
Any User may report content through Credit Alliance. The opinions expressed in User content are those of the Users and do not represent the views of WinFactor. Depending on the circumstances and nature of the violation, WinFactor reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Alert a User that their content has been flagged, though WinFactor is under no obligation to provide such notification;
- Remove or restrict the visibility of content that violates these Guidelines;
- Temporarily or permanently suspend User accounts or service privileges (suspensions may be indefinite or for a specific time period depending on the severity of the offense or the number of offenses); or
- Dismiss or remove a User from Credit Alliance or a specific group within Credit Alliance, if applicable.
For the avoidance of any doubt, removal of a User’s access to or permissions for Credit Alliance shall not entitle Customer (as defined in WinFactor’s Terms of Service) to any recompense, remuneration, refund, credit, or other compensation, whether financial or otherwise. Any such removal shall not affect Customer’s obligations under the Agreement (as defined in WinFactor’s Terms of Service).
IV. PLATFORM-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES
Content Quality Standards
When submitting content to Credit Alliance, Users must adhere to the following standards:
- All content must be honest and represent the User’s own personal opinion and experience.
- Content must not include extreme language such as certain profanities, threats of violence, or discriminatory language targeted at individuals, groups, or businesses.
- All content must be original, without substantial quoted material from other sources, including websites, email correspondence, other posts, or similar sources.
- Content must relate to Credit Alliance’s services and be relevant to Credit Alliance’s community.
- Content should be intelligible, without excessive capitalization or filler words/characters, and should employ proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation to enhance credibility.
- To safeguard privacy, WinFactor recommends that Users do not individually identify themselves or include contact information (about themselves or others) in their content.
- Advertising, self-promotion, and irrelevant links are prohibited.
Incentivized or Coerced Content
WinFactor prohibits incentivized or coerced content. WinFactor may remove content if it obtains evidence that Users were incentivized or coerced into posting the content. WinFactor does not offer incentives in exchange for content and will remove content where evidence exists that someone was compensated and/or coerced into posting.
V. AMENDMENTS TO THESE GUIDELINES
WinFactor reserves the right to modify these Guidelines at any time in its sole discretion. Continued use of Credit Alliance after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
