We understand that support for your business's critical applications is a top priority for any organization. We offer three levels of support to match your company's needs and budget.

Free Support Options:

- E-mail: You get 5 free support incidents per year, just e-mail us at support@winfactor.com

- Phone: As part of your setup fee, we provide up to 3 hours of online/phone support. This time must be redeemed within the first 45 days after you initially lease WinFactor. After that period of time, any request for phone support will be billed (see below).

Paid Support Options:

- On demand Phone/Online: These support incidents are billed at a rate of $130 per hour and are billed in one hour increments.

- Prepaid Phone/Online: If you purchase time in prepaid blocks of time (minimum of 4 hours, we offer a discounted rate of $80 per hour. All support is billed in half hour increments.
